If Waxman-Markey 'Cap & Trade' passes Senate, individual taxpayers (yes, you and me) will be involuntarily transferring our wealth to corporations (Duke Energy, GE, etc.) and special interests (i.e., foreign countries, community organizations and environmental groups) so they are properly "incentivized" to support the plan.
