Bad Year along Coastal NW USA / Canada

Alaska and British Columbia have just come through a summer of cold, wet, miserable!
The Davis Upwelling is on it's 25 year cycle! We're experiencing the part of the cycle where COLD WET, oxygen and food laden waters, are flowing, up from the deep Pacific - - 1,000 - 20,000ft. The cooler surface water have met warm atmosphere and .... the result is RAIN by the extreme! ( mid-July 4 inches in about 2 hours) Temperatures have been well below normal!
This is the normal, cycle of the Davis Upwelling!
There is an added cycle, which most people have not tracked: Solar Flares which are increasing and will continue until 2014. This year, exceptional July / August flares did crash through the earths atmosphere. The added energy helped to power the sea level air columns (to 15,000 ft) and create major storm events.
NOAS and NASA have put out MAJOR warning scenarios: what will happen if our electric grid gets a direct hit from the Electro magnetic solar winds coming from a level 5 or larger solar flare!
Any satellite, cell phone, wifi network system, plus local electricity grids could be fried! See Quebec, Canada 1988!!!
