The IPCC, and various prominent climate research agencies, have all predicted significant global warming per their "expert" climate models - however, actual global temperature data confirm the computer climate simulations are highly inaccurate

Despite billions being spent on research to prove that the 'CO2-causes-global-warming' hypothesis has merit, the actual global temperature observations, as shown in the adjacent chart, confirm the spectacular prediction failure of CO2-based climate models.
Much to the chagrin of the IPCC, simply stated, the billions spent on the AGW computer simulations, when compared to reality, has only proven the opposite of IPCC claims - that the trace gas CO2 does not cause catastrophic global warming and climate change.

The chart's bright red fitted-trend curve represents the IPCC's A1b model predictions, which appears to track the growth of the grey CO2 fitted-trend curve of atmospheric CO2 levels. In contrast, the bright blue fitted-trend curve (actual global temperatures) reveals a global climate that is 'trending' towards cooling, not warming as the multi-model predicted.
Per the IPCC's 'Special Report on Emissions Scenarios' (SRES), the A1b scenario has global temperatures growing at a per century trend that would produce a 1.7 to 2.8°C temperature increase by 2100AD. However, the actual temperature trend for the last 17 years suggests only a +0.6°C increase by 2100 and that trend has continued to shrink over recent time (see bright blue curve).
The current cooling trend, which the IPCC's climate models were unable to predict, is indisputable when the last 10 years of temperature observations are examined.
Sooo, why are the IPCC's climate models so wrong, sooooo often? First, the models' erroneous predictions are primarily driven by CO2 levels, which is now known to be an incorrect hypothesis. Second, the models robustly ignore natural climate phenomenon that are the principal factors controlling global temperatures.
