Read here. New research confirms that there is a specific problem with land-based surface temperatures. Unlike satellites, the land surface temperature database appears to a have a linear bias towards warming. Based on the pre-Copenhagen Climategate revelations and new analysis since, the major climate research....
units (CRU, GISS, NCDC) appear to have purposefully adjusted actual temperature readings up over the decades since 1940's in order to establish a linear global warming pattern.
How much adjustment would have to be done to to accomplish a one-half degree (0.5°C) increase since 1950? Not very much when done on a monthly basis - only 0.00083 of a degree per month. If scientists had the computers only adjust each month's temperature by less than one-thousandth of a degree up, it would create CO2 caused global warming since 1950 of 0.5°C. And remember, the globe since 1850 has supposedly warmed by 0.7°C - over 70% of that (0.5°C) since 1950. And as we have seen, these same IPCC climate "scientists" then robotically blame all these temperature increases on human CO2 emissions.
Instead of man-made CO2 being the cause, in fact it's likely to be man-induced global warming via computer code. Here's how - doing the global warming bias "adjustment" arithmetic:
0.00083°C x 12 months = 0.00996°C increase per year
0.00996°C x 10 years = 0.0996°C increase per decade
0.0996°C x 5 decades = 0.498°C increase per fifty years
Voilà, man-made global warming!
Let's review. Peer-review research finds that the land-based surface temperatures don't make sense and looks kind of hinky. Further analysis reveals totally incomprehensible adjustments to temperatures in a variety of global locations. Climategate exposes climate science programmer notes that shows the scientist software has built-in formulas to adjust temperatures up/down as needed - now referred to as "hide the decline" code.
Time to investigate/audit the temperature "adjustments" and adjusters? Me thinks yes.
