Read here and here. I had to read this article, and the press release, several times to make sense of it.
I think this man (on the left) is actually claiming to be able to predict "climate" up to 16 months in advance, but with a lot of caveats - okay, understand he doesn't do temperature and precipitation predictions. But what the heck, why sweat the major climate details!
It would appear this climate 'Carnac' has been exclusively taxpayer supported by both U.S. and EU citizens, yet despite his new Carnac-type of skills, he seems reluctant to tell the public his exact 16-month prediction. Gee....how convenient, and ...er...well...predictable.
This man has obviously been schooled by that great science Nobel Laureate and climate predictor, 'just-show-me-the-money,' Al Gore.
Honestly, is it time to slash all federal funding of "climate" research by at least 50%? We already know climate modelers, such as this gentleman, are gigantic blackholes of waste and incompetence. This "scientist" is a stellar example that makes the obvious case for massive de-funding.
