Stumped by simple geography does not suggest the brightest bulb ... apparently, he's all booster, no payload - so to speak.

No wonder he believes the globe's temperatures are "accelerating" - he just hasn't quite figured out which direction yet.

Question: A reasonable explanation as to why the unicorn (ie, "global warming") holds sway at the White House?
